Sounds like that mixer is dead, with the limited info you provided.

Upfaders and xfader should be user replaceable:

Replacement xfade:

Replacement rotary line fader:

I had trouble finding a replacement line fader, with my quick google, I'm sure it's available out there some where. Should also be user replaceable.

The problem though is that pfl issue. Could be fried circuitry for all I know. Are you handy with electronics? Got a multimeter?

So, without a schematic or a unit in front of me I'm runnin dark over here ... but, some thoughts:

The suggestion to grab the multimeter was for the PFL issue. The line/cross faders should be of no consequence here. If your new xfade is bleeding, could be either a cheap xfader (in which case, replace), or maybe there's some real internal damage going on (I don't know the intricacies of the IF-R/CF-R system to know how to troubleshoot it). If the latter is the case, then it'd be less stress to take this mixer out back, with a bat.

Another thought: you said that if you enable pfl, it affects the master output volume. AFAIK (and that's not much, btw), pfl and master should be on separate busses -- I'm not sure how these could possibly be related. Look for some place where the leads to/from master seem to meet up with pfl. Check the voltage at every intersection, perahps a pattern/outlier will become evident

Hope this helps somehow *shrugz*

Good luck!
